Application:

This insulating oil purifier is applied to processing unqualified new oil, imported oil and ultra-high transformer oil, especially to large power transmission and transformation equipment more than 110KV and state major power transformation net.

1.On the basis of the advantages of high efficiency vacuum oil purifier, systems such as Roots booster vacuum system, secondary high vacuum separation dehydration and degasification system have been added to the equipment, whose ultimate vacuum can reach at equal or less than 3Pa in result in maximum.

2.The equipment can quickly and effectively remove moisture, gases, impurities and other harmful substances in the oil in the conditions of high vacuum and at a high pumping speed. The breakdown voltage can be quickly increased to over 75KV.

3.The equipment can quickly remove the micro-water, various gases in the oil to ensure that no acetylene exists in the oil.

4.The equipment can do vacuum injection and drying process to transformers.
